Ingredients
          4 chicken legs
          300 g sterilized tomatoes
          100 g pineapple (you and compote)
          1/2 bunch parsley
          2 garlic cloves
          1/2 onion
          2 carrots
          3 tbsp olive oil
          salt, pepper
          6 eggs
          flour
          sunflower oil for frying

          Method
              Legs fry in olive oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Add diced onions and carrots. Pour 200 ml water and boil off after adding the chopped garlic and parsley, smashed tomatoes, pineapple cubes. Seasoned with salt and pepper. If necessary make water or broth and leave 40 minutes on medium heat. Four eggs are cooked, peel and Fried prepared from other eggs and flour mixture. Fried eggs, cut into quarters are added to the stew.
