Ingredients
12-18 chicken wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
3-4 tbsp olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
1-2 pinches of cayenne pepper or chili powder (optional)
4 tbsp sesame (2 marinade and 2 for dusting)
3 pm .ch. water or chicken broth

Method
Preheating the oven to 200C or 180C fan. Arrange washed and cleaned the tips wings in a shallow baking pan. In a cup mix the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and 2 tbsp sesame seeds and stir well until the mixture is homogenized and sesame grains sink. With the help of a spoon pour marinade over wings by trying to cover all evenly. Add the carefully water / broth without wash off the wings from the marinade. Sprinkle with remaining sesame wings (I covered with more than 2 tbsp sesame) and bake on the lowest grid in pre-heated to 180C fan oven (200C or without fan) for about 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and the sauce has nearly evaporated, as after 30 minutes, if necessary - covered with baking paper to not overcook. If necessary, the Valley with an additional 1/2 cup of warm water or broth. Serve hot, sprinkled with the cooking sauce as an appetizer or light lunch or dinner with fresh salad and toast, garlic bread or pitas. * The products are for 4-6 servings.

I liked the idea, but as the only home I eat wings guess that will be a problem if you use another chicken legs as example. do you think?

sevdalina. 79, I think you can safely replace the wings with lower legs party. They are tiny and I think that will be a great with them. You may have to increase the baking time - if you have red, but still not ready, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and finish cooking.
