Chinese vegetables in wok

Ingredients
3 carrots
1 zucchini
1 stalk leek
2 bell peppers (1 green and 1 red)
1/2 Chinese cabbage, preferably bottom
4 tbsp sunflower oil
# For the sauce :
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp starch odorless
3 sklidki garlic, crushed
1/2 cup water
Seeds of your choice (flax, sesame, mix)

Method
Vegetables are cut into strips and fry separately in wok pan for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Starting from the cabbage, then carrots, peppers, leeks and courgettes. Finally combined and mixed good. Products sauce Beat well and add to the vegetables, stirring occasionally to thicken. Serve sprinkled with seeds.
