Chocolate ice cream

Ingredients
H yolks
1/4 cup (50 g) powdered sugar
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
120 g chocolate
100 g cream
Method
Is broken yolks with the sugar to a foam, gradually add the boiling milk and almost strained rinsed container. Heat the cream on low heat to thicken, without going to The boiling. Broken pieces of chocolate with 3 tablespoons of water was stirred in a hot water bath until the chocolate is melted, add to up the cold cream, put it shattered cream and pour into a container for freezing. Frozen in the chamber of the refrigerator.
