Chops with cream and mustard

Ingredients
1 kg pork or veal chops
200 g cream
1 cup cooked mushrooms
2-3 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp mustard
pepper, salt

Method
Chops are crushed, then sprinkle with salt and spices. The butter is mixed with mustard and the resulting slurry was coated steaks. At the bottom of a fireproof container arranged steaks and top spread the mushrooms and pour the diluted with a little water cream. Court Cover with lid and bake in a hot oven.
