Ingredients
2 cups flour
100 g butter
6 eggs
300 g of powdered sugar
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cognac
100 g coconut
pinch of salt
Method
For the dough: Mix the butter with half powdered sugar, add egg yolks one by one, cream, vinegar diluted in a little soda, cognac, cocoa, flour and a pinch of salt. Pour into shape. For the top layer: Beat egg whites with the remaining sugar and add coconut. Pour over the dough. Bake in a preheated 200C oven.
