Cold soup of cherries

Ingredients
500 g cherries (pitted)
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
50 g raisins
1 liter milk
lemon peel
pinch of salt
30 g starch
30 g butter
1 egg
almonds
Method
Cherries sprinkled with sugar and mix with the washed and scalded raisins. Vazvaryava 750 ml milk, add vanilla sugar, salt, beaten egg and starch away with the rest of milk, and boil 2 minutes. Cherries and raisins are covered with cream and cool. Before presenting add boiled, peeled and chopped almonds, possibly a little cinnamon. Similarly, the soup can be prepared with other fruits.
