Cold soup with cottage cheese

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cup tomato juice
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 egg
salt
ground pepper

Method
With mixer crash the cottage cheese and tomato juice. Add sunflower oil, salt, pepper and caraway. Soup sprinkled with finely grated boiled egg. Optional can be served with croutons.
