Fry flour in the oil, diluted with milk, add 2 egg yolks and pour the mixture into a baking dish. Separately boil 4 eggs, peel and cut into halves. Arrange on the sauce and sprinkle with black pepper and grated cheese. Bake and served with appropriate garnish.
