2 cups yogurt
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
100 g butter
1 kg of flour

1 egg
1 tbsp fresh milk
20 g poppy sprinkling

Method
Eggs are broken down with the sugar, add the soft butter, sour milk, vanilla. Blended into a soft dough with the flour and baking powder, and can not take all the flour. With oiled hands take a small ball of dough and shape of the wick, glued both ends to form a bagel. Pretzels should not be very large. Lining up at a distance in a baking dish covered with baking paper. Spread beaten egg with milk and sprinkle with poppy. Bake 15-20 minutes at 200 C to pale brown.
