Corn sponge cake with red peppers

Ingredients
2 eggs
80 g margarine
1 cup yogurt
1 cup cornmeal
2 cup white flour
10 g baking powder
1 cup grated cheese
1/3 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp sesame
1 tsp salt

Method
Eggs are broken with margarine and yogurt. Combine all the dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture. Mix well and add the cheese, peppers the feta cheese, sesame seeds and salt. Pour the dough into a greased and sprinkled with flour cake form. Bake at 180C 35-40 minutes, check if it is baked with toggle. * roasted peppers, the feta cheese and sesame seeds can be replaced with other products of your choice.

Something like *salt cake*, with different ingredients. It is interesting combination with cornmeal and will try it.

I loved this salty cake. I did it with olives.
