Country soup with fresh broad beans

Ingredients
1 kg beans
3 green onions
fresh garlic 2
1 large carrot (150 g)
2 green peppers
1 cube vegetable broth
1/2 bunch parsley
2 tbsp tomato puree
salt
# For serving:
2 sprigs fresh garlic
1/2 bunch of dill
50 ml vinegar
salt

Method
Broad beans are washed and cut into in small pieces. Onions, garlic, carrots and green peppers are also washed and finely. Boil 1.5 liters of water and put it all vegetables. After 30 minutes, add salt, add the vegetable stock and the chopped parsley. Boil until ready to broad bean and add a little water mixed into tomato paste. Serve with 1 tsp of minced meat garlic and dill, mixed with salt and vinegar to each portion.

ELI BRAVO! This is my favorite spring soup. I instead of vinegar at the end of cooking put damsons. So more like it.
