Ingredients
250 g couscous
50 ml rum
50 g sugar
150 g jam orange peel
# For decoration:
lemon chips
coconut
Method
Kus-Kusa is boiled in water with sugar and rum. At the end of cooking add and sweet. All mix well and leave to cool. Dessert pour into bowls and sprinkle with coconut. Top rank several lemon chips. Serve chilled.
