Ingredients
50 g dry milk 26%
3 eggs, large
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp sugar for caramel
1 vanilla
Method
Milk powder is dissolved in 250 ml warm water (30C). The resulting solution is poured into a container with 250 ml hot water, but not boiling - 60 C. The eggs are broken, add sugar, stir again and add the warm milk, vanilla. Caramelized sugar is in the court, which will bake cream. Once the caramel has cooled down, pour the egg mixture. The shape is placed in a pan with hot water. Bake in a water bath about 50 minutes at 180-160C with a fan. * 1 cup = 160 ml
