Ingredients
500 ml milk
50 g raisins
2 tbsp rum
3 yolks
1 tbsp starch
150 g sugar
Method
Soaked raisins with rum and a little water. Beat egg yolks well with sugar and diluted with lukewarm milk. Add starch away with a little cold water. The mixture put on fire and then boil in a water bath to thicken. Add the drained raisins. Cream Stir well, remove from heat and distribute it in cups. Leave the cream to cool.
