Ingredients
500 g potatoes
2-3 carrots
4 leeks
40 g butter
1.2 liters of water
pinch of sugar
2 tbsp cream
parsley
3-4 cloves garlic
black pepper
salt

Method
Stew finely chopped leeks and carrots with a little butter, add the chopped potatoes, water, sugar, pepper and cook until tender. The soup is pressed or grind (may be broken with a mixer), heated and immediately prior to fetching add cream and chopped parsley and garlic.
