Croquettes fresh and marinated fish

Ingredients
500 g fillet of fresh fish
100 g fillet marinated herring
4 potatoes
2 eggs
40 g butter
2 tbsp milk
lemon juice
salt
pepper
4 -5 tbsp breadcrumbs
4-5 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
Fillet herring put about 1 hour in milk. About the same time, Fresh fish fillets are marinated with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Both types are ground sirloin or of very finely notched. Add the smashed boiled potatoes, 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk, the butter, slightly melted, salt and pepper. The mixture was kneaded well, then it is shaped croquettes (like meat balls). Spread with a single egg white and rolled in breadcrumbs. Fry until light brown coloring in a hot vegetable oil. Serve warm. Herring fillet can be replaced with 100 g of smoked fish, ground pork smoked brisket or other smoked sausage.
