Ingredients
3 large hard pears
1/3 cup sugar
50 ml rum
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 hour. l cinnamon
3-4 vanilla
# For the cream:
500 ml milk
5 yolks
2/3 cup sugar

Method
Peeled and cleaned pears are split into halves. Each half incisions along, so by pressing the top of the pear to get a fan. Thus prepared pears are put in a baking dish with the flat side down. In a separate bowl mix the sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. The mixture was heated until it boils and then poured on pears. Baked at 180 C for 20-30 minutes. The cream is prepared by a water bath heated milk, egg yolks, sugar. Allow to thicken and add a spoonful of rum. Allow to cool. Dessert served in a plate put a few tablespoons of cream, put in the middle pear and pour the sauce from baking. Optional can be sprinkled with nuts or topped with whipped cream.

The idea is great, but the recipe is not very accurate. First, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon not receive exactly fluid and quite thick caramel mixture that is difficult to distribute varku pears.
