Dolmas with fresh cabbage - I type

Ingredients
1 kg fresh cabbage
3/4 cup (150 g) rice
750 g minced meat
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
pepper
yogurt
garlic
Method
Leaves cabbage scalded with boiling water to soften. Chopped onion stew in fat until golden coloring, mix with paprika, rice and chopped tomatoes and mixed with minced meat. The mixture add salt to taste, sprinkle with pepper and stir well. It prepared medium dolmas, wrapped in cabbage leaves. Arrange in a saucepan, pour water, pressed with a plate and cook on low heat to full readiness. Serve with podlucheno with garlic yoghurt.
