Ingredients
4 onions
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup broken vermicelli
2-3 canned tomatoes
salt
1-2 cloves garlic
thyme
leaves fresh or pickled cabbage or vine leaves
Method
Finely chopped onion stew in the oil. Get out of the fire and added the walnuts, vermicelli, chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic, salt and crushed thyme. With steamed leaves of fresh cabbage (or leaves of sour cabbage or vine leaves) and the upper stuffing shape dolmas (can be filled and peppers). Arrange in a saucepan, pour a glass of juice from canned tomatoes, a few tablespoons of sunflower oil and 1/3 cup water. Pressed with a plate and cook on low heat.
