Dome soup

# For the dough:
1 kg semolina
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp sunflower oil
# For the filling:
500 g beef
2 onions
4-5 cloves garlic
few sprigs of chervil
salt, pepper

In a bowl mix the semolina, flour and the oil, gradually add 1 1/2 cups water until a homogeneous mixture - soft dough. In a pan fry the onions pre-chopped, keeps aside and put the minced meat - add salt and pepper and fry (about 10 minutes) with stirring until a crumb brownish color. Add the chopped chervil, garlic and fry the onion, stir well and remove from fire. Allow to cool. From the dough takes on a ball the size of an egg and spread a thin circle in the center of which is placed in a spoonful of filling, harvested edges of the dough and close round movements between the two hands. Thus prepared dome is placed in boiling water for a few minutes, remove and freeze once cool. When cooked some soup, suitable for dome, removable dome frozen and put into the finished soup to boil it for 15-20 minutes. Per person is served on the dome 3 balls in soup.
