Ingredients
1 kg eggplants
250 g sour cream
4 boiled eggs
4 cloves garlic
parsley for decoration
salt
Method
Eggplant Bake, peel and cut. Add the crushed garlic, cream and salt. Everything goes wrong. Pour into a suitable dish, decorate with sliced ​​boiled eggs and parsley sprigs.
