Eggplant with sauce

Ingredients
1 kg eggplants
200 g tomatoes
100 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
4-5 cloves garlic
3 eggs
200 ml milk

Method
Eggplant wash, remove handles and cut to length pieces. Add salt and put in a strainer to drain the bitter juice about 30 minutes. Wash with cold water and dried. Fry in a preheated oil. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. They add the crumbled feta cheese, grated cheese, garlic and spices. In a buttered baking dish queue row eggplants line of mixture - so do products while taking ends with eggplant. Bake in preheated oven at 190 C about 20-30 minutes. Eggs are broken and mixed with milk. Pour over the mixture and bake until ready to topping.
