Eggs on cabbage leaves

Ingredients
8 cabbage leaves
salt
1 tbsp butter
4-6 eggs
parsley or grated feta cheese Parmesan
Method
Cooking cabbage leaves in salted water until soft and leave to drain . Cut into large pieces and put in a large pan with heated butter. Fry on both sides, pour in beaten eggs and savory and allow to harden. Top, sprinkle with parsley or grated Parmesan.
