Eggs in Milan

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 tsp tomato paste
12 slices of baguette
2 tbsp flour
125 g butter
1 cup milk
150 g cheese
1 lemon
salt
pepper
Method
Eggs boiled hard. Slices fried in part of the butter and put on each half egg. Arrange in a serving plate, pour the following sauce: the flour fry in remaining butter, add the milk, grated cheese, tomato paste and lemon juice. Add salt with pepper.
