Exotic shepherd's pie

600 g lamb mince
7 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
1 tbsp mango puree
60 g raisins
1 tsp curry powder
50 g almonds
1 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp ginger
rind and juice of 1 lemon
3 slices of bread
300 ml milk
3 eggs
3 bay leaf
200 g rice
salt, pepper
2 cloves garlic

Fry lamb mince and set aside. In another pan pour olive oil and put onion, garlic mash, mango puree, raisins, curry powder, almonds, marjoram, ginger, peel and lemon juice. Add the minced meat, salt, pepper, soaked in 100 ml milk bread, add and eggs mixed with 200 ml milk, pepper and salt. The mixture is poured into a fireproof container. Three locations were punched bay leaves. Wind up with foil and bake 40 minutes. Serve with white rice.

interesting recipe. I have not eaten classic shepherd's pie, but this is delicious. Became quite greasy, although I put a little olive oil, not very easily molded fat.
