The butter melts and part of it is coated tray. The feta cheese crushing using a fork, add the eggs, one yolk left to bake top mesenitsata. Stir well to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The dough is placed in the tray on top put the melted butter and hands disarrange, to cover the bottom of the tray. It is poured on the feta cheese with eggs, which are added spices to taste. Dough begins to be wound on a tight roll from one end. Having already formed roll the dough begins to twist both ends in opposite directions - the more twisted, so as to bake it as kozunak - thread and is delicious. Then twisted dough turns to the cochlea in the tray and leave to rise until it fills the tray. Smeared with broken yolk and put to bake in a cold oven. Bake at 200 C to get a nice tan. Remove from the oven, sprinkled with a little water and cover with a towel for a few minutes. Serve with buttermilk.

Well, I've eaten this mesenitsa, but I like more with boza.

Here finished dough does not sell. Would you say how it involved?

As there is no finished dough I would recommend you look at any other recipe that has set the dough preparation :) In the category *Bread and tortillas with cheese* (tsuck on the link in the box Details above) is quite similar interesting and delicious recipes.
