Fennell, marinated in balsamic

Ingredients
2 fennel (fennel), larger
200 ml balsamic - light or dark
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
olive oil

Method
Fennel cut into thin strips. Boil vinegar, put spices and honey, take off the fire and it is placed fennel. Allow to stand for 3-4 hours, occasionally stirring. Fennell was drained and dripped with olive oil. It can be used in other salads.

Yes, the bulb is used. I do not know what is the correct name, everywhere something else writes:-)
