Festive cake with biscotti

Ingredients
200 g butter
200 g of powdered sugar
150 g sugar
150 g chopped almonds
3 tbsp cream
biscotti

Method
The butter and powdered sugar crash foam. Sugar is caramelized and after cool beat mechanically and added to the cream. To the resulting mixture, finely minced meat, and gently peeled roasted almonds, and cream. In deep glass dish or cake pan rank biscuits and poured cream. Before presenting the cake can pour vanilla sauce.

I have I poured chocolate sauce and biscuits dipped them in advance in coffee. I put sour sweet-sour here and there for shade. Put photos and visualization.
