Filnik with sausage

Ingredients
10-12 (1 kg) potatoes
500 g sausage
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
3-4 (200 g) tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
parsley
mint
salt
pepper
Method
In a pan put the oil and stew the onions, finely chopped, then add the red pepper and tomatoes. When stew and tomatoes, add the potatoes, peeled and cut into slices, sausage, cut into pieces and spices. Dish add salt, pour a little water, stir and bake in the oven until ready.
