1 kg peppers
3-4 kg tomatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
1 bunch parsley
salt and sugar to taste

Eggplant cut, salted and drained. The pieces are rolled in flour and fry. Tomatoes are grinded and thicken with salt, sugar and pepper. Peppers cleaned of seeds, roast and peel.
