Fish fried with vegetables and sausage

Ingredients
4 pieces zander
40 g lemon juice
1 pepper
500 g potatoes
500 g tomatoes
100 g sausage
40 g flour
onion
sunflower oil
1 clove garlic
thyme
Method
Wash the fish, sprinkle with plenty of lemon juice and leave to drain. Peppers cut into strips and fry, add the garlic, potatoes and tomatoes and finally thyme and salt it. Sausage fry separately. Flour mixed with little onion and pepper, add some fish and fry until ready, served on top of the vegetables and put the sausage.
