Ingredients
          250 ml fish broth
          100 ml white wine
          pepper
          salt
          3 tbsp flour
          3 tbsp sunflower oil
          lovage
          parsley
          grated nutmeg
          2 yolks
          juice of 1 / 2 lemon
              Method
              In the oil fry the flour. Add stirring fish broth and white wine, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, lovage, grated nutmeg. Mix well. Finally add the beaten egg yolks and lemon juice.
