Fish soup

Ingredients
250 g river fish
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 (100 g) carrots
Chapter 1 (50 g) celery
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Carrots, celery and onions are finely chopped, pour 6-7 cups cold water and fat and put on the fire to boil. Add fuzzy in cold water and fish meal, cut into in small pieces. Broth add salt and boil until ready. Serve sprinkled with pepper and chopped parsley.

similar recipe I know from my aunt. Fish bake and put in boiling broth. Before you remove from heat add about 2 tablespoons spices / parsley, dill, celery, mint, lovage and savory /. Serve with vinegar seasoned with the same spices, garlic and chili pepper. Not put flour. I know it as Tetevenska brine. And will put my photos.

I forgot to write that and add 250 ml of tomato juice.
