Fish with spicy sauce

Ingredients
600 g of fish
30 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
60 g small mushrooms
mustard
20 g capers
lemon juice 1/2
1/2 onion
pepper
salt
parsley
Method
Cut into servings of fish add salt, sprinkle with chopped parsley and leave to stand for half an hour. Flour, the butter and mustard mix, add the fish, the chopped mushrooms, chopped onions, capers, cover with parchment paper, greased with butter, Cover with lid and stew until soft.
