Fish with spicy sauce - II type

Ingredients
500 g fillet of hake and mackerel
2 tbsp cornmeal
1 tsp dried onion
6 tbsp sunflower oil
3 cloves garlic
1 red chili pepper
1-2 tbsp sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
salt
Method
Fillets cut into sticks and rolled in flour mixed with dried onion and salt to taste. Fry in heated sunflower oil until golden. Remain warm. In the pan a 1 tbsp of the oil in it add the garlic and chilli, chopped. Stir and pour the sugar, lemon juice, rind and 3-4 tbsp water. Everything is left to small and in the resulting sauce fish returns. Turns slightly and serve immediately.
