Ingredients
400 g chilled chicken
2 egg whites
500 g fresh spinach
pepper
1 tsp Himalayan salt
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp cottage cheese (low-fat)
100 g of low fat feta cheese or parmesan
1-2 tbsp rapeseed sunflower oil
pinch of paprika

Method
Blend or pass a blender until chicken fillet as mince, add egg whites, salt, pepper and mix well. Oilme household foil, about 60 cm long, spread this mixture on it and rectangle shape with a thickness of about 1-2 cm. You can put it in the fridge to harden a little while we prepare the stuffing (if has become a rare mixture can add 1-2 tbsp oatmeal to absorb excess moisture). Blanch spinach for 2-3 minutes in salted boiled water, drained and blend it with the cloves garlic, pepper and salt. Finally we add the cottage cheese to the spinach mixture. spread spinach mixture over the chicken so tightly on it. With fthe oil we turn from one end to the other long roll and roll up like candy fthe oil at both ends. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees for about 30 minutes away. Then open fthe oil and at the top of heap the feta cheese and sprinkle with red pepper (you can sprinkle with sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, flax seeds or other nuts), bake another 5-10 moments to catch crust. * A perfect recipe for those who train or egg white diet (carbohydrates have here only in oatmeal if you add them).
