Ingredients
8 eggs
100 g ham
1 tbsp fresh milk
1 tbsp flour
6 tbsp butter
4 sprigs parsley
salt
Method
Beat the egg yolks with the flour, you exchange a preliminary milk . Beat the egg whites to snow and put them together with the yolk mixture. Divide the mixture into four parts and bake plates and sprinkle with parsley and chopped ham.
