Fricassee Nettle

Ingredients
500 g young nettle
100 g butter
3 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
egg 1
salt
Method
Cleaning and washing prior nettle is poured boiling salted water, drain and cut into small pieces. Of the flour and the butter is made light roux, which is diluted with milk and part of the potion. Add nettles and boil 2-3 minutes with constant stirring. The dish is removed from the heat and bind with the egg. Serve with yogurt.
