Fried cauliflower

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
frying fat
2-3 eggs
3-4 tbsp milk
flour
breadcrumbs
1 tbsp vinegar
salt
grated cheese or feta cheese
parsley

Method
Clean cauliflower wash and boil whole in salted and acidified with vinegar water for 10 minutes. Drain and cut into thick slices that salting with a pinch of salt and immersed in a thick pancake dough made from eggs, milk, flour and salt. Rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until light yellow color. Remove to a warm platter and scatter with feta cheese or cheese and parsley. Cauliflower is served as a separate dish, flooded with tomato sauce or as a side dish to fried and grilled meats.

I breaded but only eggs and flour.

Prepared as cauliflower is delicious.
