Ingredients
          3 whole chicken legs
          1 egg
          100 ml milk
          pepper, paprika, salt
          spice BBQ
          flour
          breadcrumbs
          sunflower oil

          Method
              Legs are cooked in salted water. Batter: mix the egg with milk, red and black pepper and spice for BBQ. The legs are pressed into a breading, then flour and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in a hot sunflower oil.
