Fried lamb chops or steaks

Ingredients
4-8 steak or chops 4-8
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2-3 cloves garlic
finely minced meat
2-3 tsp chopped parsley
salt
Method
Cut excess fat from chops and they fuck on both sides with a wooden mallet. Add salt is. Vegetable oil is very hot (not overcooked) in a pan and add the tomato sauce. Cutlets smothered in this mixture for 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with garlic, while still in the pan, turning once more removed and scatter with parsley.
