Fried meatballs fish

Ingredients
500 g of minced meat fish
1 slice dry white bread without crust
white part of leeks 1
1 tsp tomato paste
1 egg
2-3 tbsp flour
lemon juice
salt
pepper
parsley
vegetable oil for frying
Method
Minced meat sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and salt and let stand 30 minutes. Add moistened in water bread, egg, tomato paste and chopped leeks and parsley. Minced meat is kneaded well and after 10-15 minutes of it form the meatballs, which are rolled in flour and fry in vegetable strongly heated butter until golden color.
