Ingredients
400 g potatoes
2-3 eggs
1 cup milk
100 g feta cheese
1/3 cup fat
pepper
parsley

Method
Peel and cut into slices 400 g of potatoes. Fry them in oil in a large frying pan or in a small pan. Salt them lightly and pour 2-3 eggs, beaten 1 cup milk and grated feta cheese. Let the meat on the fire until hardened egg mixture. Serve warm, sprinkled with pepper and chopped parsley.

Nelly, I'm still doing it with boiled potatoes and sausages 1-2. We will now try and fried to see what the taste. Many of us like our home :)
