Fried shrimp with sauce

Ingredients
500 g large shrimp
bacon
2 onions
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
4 tbsp flour
sunflower oil
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp sugar
pinch of pepper
2 tbsp cornmeal
salt
Method
Shrimp Peel and cleared and dissolved in half lengthwise (made in the form of a butterfly). Chop and stew in sunflower oil and when ready is distributed in dishes. The eggs were broken and thereto was added the flour to obtain a dense mixture. On each shrimp put a piece of bacon and stick together immersed in the breading and put in hot sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes. Once prepared were allowed to drain of the napkin. In a bowl mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, pepper and 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water. In hot sunflower oil fry the crushed garlic with salt until golden. To add garlic ketchup mixture and bring to the boil. Add the cornmeal away with 2 tbsp water and stir until the sauce thickens. shrimp arranged on the onion and pour sauce.
