Ingredients
2-3 onions
3 eggs
200 g breadcrumbs
salt, pepper, oregano
pinch of sugar
1 tbsp chilli
1 tbsp pikantina
fat frying
Method
All the dry ingredients are mixed. Chop of washers with thickness 3-4 mm. Luce washers shall be separated and rolled one by one into the dry mixture, then in beaten eggs, and again in the dry mixture. Fry in a highly heated sunflower oil until golden.
