Ingredients
          400 g chicken breasts
          1 tsp salt
          3 tangerines
          1 large apple
          5-6 tbsp lemon juice
          2 carrots
          2 stalks celery
          50 g nuts (walnuts)
          150 g yogurt
          2 tbsp sunflower oil
          pinch of sugar
          pinch of curry
          lettuce leaves on serving

          Method
              Put the meat with salt to boil. During this time, peel mandarins, divide the pieces and peel them from the skin. Apple cut into small cubes and sprinkle with 1 tbsp lemon juice. Peel carrots and shred them, chopped celery and add the fruits. Cut the chilled meat into julienne, 1 cm thick and with slightly crushed hazelnuts add in other products. Mix the yogurt with the remaining lemon juice, add 2 tbsp sunflower oil, add salt and tampering with pepper, sugar and curry to taste. Pour in other products, stirring, stand 10 minutes and serve on lettuce leaves.
