Fruit sponge cake with cherries and apricots

Ingredients
3 yolks
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
6 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
vanilla
rind of 1/2 lemon
cherries, apricots
Method
Yolks are broken down with half a cup of sugar. Add the milk, the oil, flour and baking powder. The mixture is stirred well and add egg whites beaten with other sugar, lemon zest and vanilla. Stir gently and pour the mixture into a form of a cake. Arrange on top of the kernel clean cherries, chopped apricots, rolled in bread crumbs and sugar. Bake in a moderate oven.
