Garlic Sauce - II type

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
3 bunches of parsley
50 g butter
5 tbsp grated cheese
Method
Garlic is peeled and cut into small pieces. Fry in the butter with the chopped parsley on low heat. Add cheese and a little water. Stir until a smooth sauce.
