Gingerbreads with carrot and orange peels

Ingredients
2 tbsp grated orange peel
1 and 1/2 cup grated carrot
1 cup fat of your choice
1 cup sugar
2 and 1/2 flour - maybe more
egg 1
2 tbsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method
Fat and sugar is broken down, add the egg, orange peel and mix. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt, baking powder, add the butter mixture and carrots. Kneads dough. Scoop with a spoon and arrange on cookie tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 190 C for about 12 minutes.
